The Bespoke Archive Commission Gift is an invitation into a private commission: a bespoke photo book capturing a life, an event, or generations of a family, made entirely to order.

The Commission Gift begins the process of creating a bespoke family archive, with an initial consultation arranged in the
New Year and a place reserved within The Kinhold’s 2027 commissioning schedule.

A beautifully presented gift that includes:

A private introductory conversation with Kinhold founder, Alison Elangasinghe, at your recipient’s home or location of choice within London (or worldwide with a travel premium).

A guided conversation about your family’s photographs, stories and archives.

A review of what is possible and a defined starting point for the family’s bespoke archive or album.

A consultation recap and proposal document following conversation.

A £500 credit toward any commission, fully redeemable against the final project.

A secured place as one of The Kinhold’s clients for 2027.

Please note:

The Commissioning Gift consultation takes place in person in London at your recipient’s home or a location of your choosing.
*If your recipient is based outside the London area, please get in touch before purchasing to discuss travel premium options.
Consultations will be arranged from January 2027 onwards, subject to availability. Commission dates
will be agreed individually following the initial consultation.
The Commissioning Gift secures a consultation and priority booking, with the £500 deducted from your
final project cost. All commissions start from £3,500.
The gift amount is non-refundable but has no expiry and is fully transferable.
